Goodbye Idaho...for 10 days...

Today is my last day in Idaho until I make the big move next Saturday. I have been here for 13 days, and in that time, have fallen in love with Sandpoint, and the place that Johnny and I will call home for countless years. I have been able to spend time taking pictures, crocheting (my newest hobby), and finding peace with parts of myself that I felt were quite disassembled over the last few months.
I will be returning home tomorrow, to finish packing up my stuff, spending the weekend with my family at my sister's engagement party, and then relaxing with my parent's until packing up the moving truck on Wednesday, and awaiting Johnny's arrival on Saturday morning to make the +24 hour trip in a Uhaul, towing my car, with our two dogs and the love of my life. Sounds pretty great, if you take out the 24 hours or more of driving. Haha. We will have Monday to settle in, and then I start work as a full time therapist at Boulder Creek Academy in Bonners Ferry, Idaho on Tuesday, September 14th. I am so excited and overjoyed for this chapter of our lives, and thank God everyday for the blessings he continuously gives to us.

Idaho

  Northern Idaho has allowed me to find a beauty that I never knew existed.  It has awakened my soul, and brought me back to what I feel is my truest self.  I have found beauty in the simple things...the clouds, the blueness of the skies, the way a fence post looks on the side of the road.  I have observed the magnitude of solitude with oneself, and the power that nature can bring to my life.  I am excited to announce that I will be making the move here in about 2 weeks, and Johnny and I will start the next chapter in our lives together.  It has been a long two years to get us to this point, but every struggle has truly made us stronger, together, and as individuals.  
I have been able to explore parts of Sandpoint, toting my camera everywhere I go.  It's been a lot of fun, and a great outlet.  Hope you enjoy the pictures!
